This paragraph is written in response to those inquires, regarding if it is possible to remove libel, and slander, or just negative comments, from Google Search pages. People ask specifically if we can remove certain web page that has negative comments about them or some body else. Our answer is just very simple: we can not remove negatives comments from Google Search, nor from any other search engine. As far as we know, nobody can do it. Not legally, not using a law firm, neither using the best SEO tactics, techniques, knowledge, or years of experience. There is no a clear, definitive set of regulations or legal rulings that allows people to remove Google Search content. Only a web site owner, a blog owner, or a webmaster, can remove one of his/her pages from his/her website, or remove names of persons from web pages, whose character have been exposed, or just had some negative comments posted; not even a person who had posted a comment on a blog has the capability, authorization, or rights to came back and remove what ever they have published on their websites or blogs.

Let me give you this analogy: lets suppose we are watching a car race (or a horse race), and we don't like the car in first position, car "A"; we don't want that car or driver to win. You want your favorite driver and car, "B", to win, and perhaps you also want car A finish in 11th position, so it wont accumulate points for the championship. Can you do anything to stop car "A" from wining? NO.

Lets think, what would it be a way car "A" doesn't win? a way car "A" is "displaced" or "pushed down" from the "pole position" or first position? There are three ways that I know of:

1. The owner of the racing car team decides not to win and remove the car from the race, because some body told him that some one else, or what ever reason the owner has to pull out HIS car.

2. The diver "slows down" purposely

3. Car "B" is supercharged with an excellent driver, the best racing team, and superb professional knowledge; then car "B" is able to win on his own right

Did you make the connection? The car or horse race is a competition to be in the first page (10 "racers") AND first place of Google, Yahoo, AND Live search. If you want to be in that first place, you have to do it through your own merits; and this takes a careful plan, experience, knowledge, and some time (two to 6 months).

Some tips to minimize internet libel and slander

This is a brief description of the service. Online Name/Reputation Defense and Management - Internet Character Defamation Protection, is the action taken to eliminate or reduce to a minimum, internet libel, slander (and/or just negative comments) that  profoundly affects people's reputation and business now days. We will explain the way it is done in the following real life story.

Character Defamation is defined as libel or slander, when a person deters or lies about other persons character; or libel and slander combined. Being slander a character defamation done to a person by spoken word, like video or audio in the web , and libel defamation of character in written form, the combination of both is considered an Internet or Online form of Character Defamation.

Online Character Defamation, Internet Reputation damaged, are topics and keywords more and more common in the internet. We read about celebrity character defamation law sues, professional or business damaged by online libel and slander.

The best way to describe what Online Name/Reputation Management and Protection means, is by giving you a real life example. Names and some specifics had been changed and/or omitted. The complete story is real, about a doctor's professional practice, and can be applied to any other form of profession, like politicians, artists, celebrities, business woman, business man, professionals of any kind, etc.

Doctor Albus is a very prestigious medical doctor, and has a very successful practice. Most patients come through his very successful (high internet traffic) website.

Dr. Albus is being investigated by a Medical Board. This is a routine Medical Boards have to follow, when they receive a complain from any citizen about a doctor or medical/health practitioner. Dr. Albus was put on probation, which means his practice is being monitored by an independent doctor or institution. The monitor reports to the medical board by sending a quarterly report to the Medical Board. Dr Albus has to take some medical book keeping courses, and complete CME study classes. Dr. Albus's medical license stays in full, so he can continue practicing medicine without restrictions.

A few months after probation was enforced, doctor Albus notice his practice is not receiving any more patients through the internet. Dr. Albus's practice has a very successful (high traffic) web site, and 95% or more patients come through that web site.

Dr. Albus realized that when his name is Googled, there is a web site that had posted his Medical Board Accusation and Probation, but added their own negative comments to it. To make it worst, this web site is placed in the FIRST page of Google, FIRST and SECOND positions!!! This web site in question, it's just a massive character defamation web site, as we found after accessing it: the only information it posts is about medical doctors or health practitioners that had been investigated and/or sanctioned by a medical board. This is a very common situation medical doctors or health practitioners has to face now days, because of frivolous law sues.

Dr. Albus hired a lawyer to request this web site to remove those negatives comments. Not only the lawyer's request is overlooked, but this web site makes fun of that request and posts lawyer's contact information in Dr. Albus too!!!

Dr. Albus heard about our services, and called upon us for advise. We proposed to optimize his practice web site, and another web site he manages, so these two sites will show before the character defamation web site. We accomplished that goal, but it wasn't good enough. We created five more web sites, explaining the medical board investigation and publishing Dr. Albus professional accomplishment. With a very good Search Engine Optimization, we were able to place these five new websites in the first and second page of Google's search (MSN, Live Search, and Yahoo too). Only an average of about 30% of people, look pass the first page of Google Search, or any other search engine. Just about 5%, look pass the second search page.

The character defamation web site was displaced to the second and third page of Google. When Dr. Albus name was "Googled", only his websites and real information about his professional career were found in the first two pages of Google Search.

The goal, to protect Dr. Albus name and his practice from character defamation and negative comments in the internet, was nicely accomplished.

Patients started coming again through Dr. Albus practice's web site. After this successful results, as we speak, Dr. Albus asked us to create five more web sites, to displaced the character defamation web site even further more, to the third Goggle's search page.
